Houston police officers arrested a suspect on Friday following a fatal hit-and-run crash at an apartment complex located at 2401 South Gessner Road. Investigators identified the driver as thirty-three-year-old Keith Bembry Sims and charged him with manslaughter alongside failure to stop and render aid.

HPD homicide division detectives reviewed apartment complex surveillance footage before taking the driver into custody without any further incident.
